- Letting: There is no waiting period to lease. Owners with State & City licenses may let for 30 days/one month. Without the licenses a 90 day/3 month minimum applies.

- A/C : Each condo has its own roof top air conditioner/heat pump with an in-unit thermostat. The unit owner is responsible for maintenance, repair and replacement of all components.
